Cátia Soares obtain her MBA (2018) in business management and administration, her MSc (2012) in Materials Engineering from Cognos – Formação Profissional e Desenvolvimento Pessoal and University of Aveiro, respectively. She worked in different metalomechanical companies as Director of quality (ISO 9001), environment (14001) and safety (ohsas 18001).
Currently, she joined COMPASS group aiming to expand her skills in the area of project management and communication, and is now giving support on the management of the projects and laboratories.
