Gonçalo Amador graduated in Biotechnology at the University of Aveiro in 2019, where his final bachelor project aimed to propose a model to stop cancer proliferation through DNA and organic molecules interaction. Currently, at the master’s degree in Molecular Biotechnology, he is in an internship in the COMPASS’s group start up, METATISSUE, where he works with human based hydrogels for 3D cell culture. Outside of the laboratory, Gonçalo loves to practice sports, travel and play board games.
