Marta Rocha started her degree in biotechnology at University of Aveiro in 2016. After 5 years, she concluded her master’s degree in industrial and environmental biotechnology, with a thesis focused on Freeform 3D bioprinting for Morphometric In Vitro Disease Modelling. Currently, she is developing 3D microcapsular platforms for large-scale laboratory evaluation of new combinatorial therapies for pancreatic cancer, at the COMPASS group.
Outside of the lab, Marta enjoys hanging out with her friends, travel and dance.
