Maria Medeiros started her Integrated Master in Biomedical Engineering at University of Aveiro in 2016. In her degree project, she worked with extracellular fibrous matrices of polycaprolactone and natural products for tissue regeneration. Presently, she is developing her master thesis at COMPASS group, which consists in the production of minimalistic inorganic structures by using 3D printed biomaterials as sacrificial templates. Maria enjoys spending time with friends, travel, listening to music and explore the nature.
