Diogo Castilho obtained his bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology in 2020 from the University of Aveiro, being his final project focused on the extraction of L-Asparaginase using silica-supported ionic liquids. He is currently a Biotechnology master’s student at the same institution, specializing in the Molecular field, integrating the Compass group to develop his master’s thesis, focusing on the regeneration of cartilaginous tissue using intelligent hydrogels.
During his free time, he likes to hang out with friends, listen to music and loves to play basketball.
