Inês Fernandes has a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from the University of Aveiro.
After working as a chemical analyst at a pharmaceutical company, she proceeded with her studies and is now attending a Biotechnology master.
By contacting with the topic of tissue engineering during her first year in the master’s program, she decided to make her dissertation on this subject, creating an in vitro model to reproduce endochondral ossification. Besides her studies, she is also working as a part-timer. In her spare time she practices exercise and spends time with her family and friends.
