Inês completed her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences (2022) and her master´s degree in Biochemistry (2024) from the University of Aveiro. Her master’s thesis focused on “Biofabricating 3D anatomically-scaled tumor models for in vitro screening of therapeutics”. She is currently a PhD student in Medical Biotechnology at the COMPASS research group, in collaboration with Cellularis Biomodels, working on “Bioengineering bone marrow organoids for screening gene editing nanomedicines”.
