Abstract: The ÉLPIS project aims to address current limitations in the treatment of patients undergoing surgical removal of bone metastases. For that purpose,the development of an implantable biomaterial with both antitumor and pro-regenerative properties will be explored. Its therapeutic potential will be evaluated in preclinical studies using a new generation of biofabricated 3D models, supporting the advancement of targeted therapies for patients treated surgically for bone metastases.
