Alice Dias completed her bachelor’s degree in Micro and Nanotechnology Engineering (2022) and her master’s degree in Biomaterials and NanoMedicine (2024) at the NOVA School of Science and Technology. For her master’s thesis she focused on the study of the impact of magnetic and non-magnetic ionic liquids on phospholipidic vesicles. Currently, she is part of the compass research group where she is working on the development of a multifunctional biomaterial patch for buccal delivery.
In her free time, she enjoys swimming, reading, going to music concerts and spending time with friends and family.
